Alegres formas de afrontar una inundación

Como bien dice la pequeña Simone en la película "El árbol" de Julie Bertuccelli, "Podemos elegir entre ser felices o ser desgraciados, y yo he elegido ser feliz, y soy feliz".

Durante el pasado fin de semana la ciudad de Venecia sufrió una fuerte inundación que afectó al 70% de la ciudad. En el momento en el que los venecianos tuvieron que decidir entre ser felices o desgraciados algunos de ellos eligieron la primera opción. En la plaza San Marcos se reunieron algunas personas para afrontar con positivismo el desastre que el nivel del agua había provocado.

Algunos de ellos jugaron y se divirtieron mientras que otros se pusieron el atuendo más adecuado para la ocasión, el bañador ¿no dicen que al mal tiempo buena cara? Y no sólo eso, se sentaron cómodamente en una mesa, que estaba casi sumergida en el agua, para charlar y pasar el rato. Mientras tanto, otros aprovecharon para practicar Kayak.

No hay manera de evitar las desgracias, pero sí existen incontables formas de afrontarlas.

Happy ways to embrace flood

As the little Simone says in Julie Bertuccelli's film "The Tree": "we can choose to be happy or sad, and I chose to be happy, and I'm happy".

Last weekend Venice suffered a big inundation that affected the 70% of the city. When Venice's people had to choose between being happy or being sad some of them picked the first choice. Some people got together at San Marcos's Square to assume with a smile the disaster the water level had made.

Some of them played and had fun while others got dressed up with the best outfit for the occasion, the swimsuit. Didn’t someone used to say to put a happy face on a bad weather? And that's not all, people sat down comfortably on a table, that was mostly under water, to chat and hang out. Meanwhile, others took the opportunity to do some kayak.

There's no way to avoid misfortunes, but there is uncountable ways to assume them.
